If you feel stuck in anxiety, overwhelm, or the effects of past trauma, you are not alone, and healing is possible. I support adults and teens in processing painful experiences so they can feel safer in their body, more empowered in their choices, and more connected to the life they want to live. I use EMDR and trauma-informed therapy, guided by clinical insight and attunement, and we’ll move at a pace that feels steady and respectful. I specialize in complex trauma, dissociation, and attachment wounds.
